Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. It is a low-impact form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all fitness levels. It is also a fun way to get a good workout while developing strength, balance, coordination, and ease in both body and mind.
In this class I weave together qi gong, the science of resilience, and evidence-based practices for settling the nervous system and skillfully working with our survival energies (fight, flight, freeze, submit, and disassociate).
